  SPLAT ATTACK PODCAST Hello everyone in today’s post I want to let you all know about a youtube channel called Splat Attack Podcast. This podcast has been out now for a while now with videos on its youtube channel.The podcast’s theme is based on 90s nickelodeon from shows to events from the era.I have just watched a reunion video from the anniversary of Are You Afraid of the Dark one of my favorite shows on nickelodeon.For me I think this podcast has been fun to watch everyone on it does incredible job.   MIDDLE ROAD SPEEDWAY RACING Hello everyone.For today’s post I wanted to let you all know of an event coming up called Middle Road Speedway Racing.This event will be celebrated for America’s 250 birthday. This event will begin July 3rd and ends on July 5th.On the 3rd there will be some racing as well as other entertainment like music which will begin around 7pm.On July 4th there will be fireworks that will start around 10pm.Then the weekend ends on July 5th with other events. So if you want to see some racing while celebrating the 250 birthday of America, come and hangout at Middle Road Speedway here in Lewistown PA and have a great 4th of July weekend.Also if you would like more information about this as well has knowing future events please checkout their facebook page for more information.   AGAPE FESTIVAL Hello everyone for today’s post I wanted to let you all know of an upcoming music venue called Agape Festival. This event will take place in Shirleysburg PA on June 25th to June 28th.This event will have plenty of music and other vendors for many people to enjoy.There are also many places for campers to stay overnight throughout the events.   THE ADULT SWIM BAND CONCERT Hello everyone in today’s post I wanted to let you all know about an upcoming event in McVeytown PA.This event is a concert starring the Adult Swim Band. Now this band has been known to play many classical songs from the 60s and the 80s and will be performing Saturday June 20 here in McVeytown. The event will begin at 6pm and will end at 8:30pm with food vendors arriving at 5pm.If you would like to see more of the band you can check out their facebook page adult swim band for more information.   COUNTRY MEMORIES DAY Hello everyone in today’s post I wanted to let you all know of an upcoming event this Saturday May 23 called Country Memories Day.This event will take place in McVeytown PA from 9am to 3pm. This is their 39th annual event where they will have food vendors,live music,and other events to take place in the streets of McVeytown. One of my favorite things down at the festival is the classic car show they have every year which shows some amazing vehicles.   COCKTAILS FOR TWO Hello everyone for today’s post I wanted to talk a little bit about an old song called Cocktails for Two.This song was written in 1934 by songwriters Arthur Johnson and Sam Coslow and debuted in the film Murder at the Vanities and was sung by Carl Brisson. Now this song around that same year became one of the most popular songs ever.Even throughout the years many people had made their own version of the song.However the most well known cover version of the song was a decade later by Spike Jones and His City Slickers.Which I will send a link to song here on my post. Spike Jones' version was more comedic but to this day people still enjoy it.So again will send the link here and I hope you all enjoy it. That is all for today. I hope you have a great week.
