  COCKTAILS FOR TWO Hello everyone for today’s post I wanted to talk a little bit about an old song called Cocktails for Two.This song was written in 1934 by songwriters Arthur Johnson and Sam Coslow and debuted in the film Murder at the Vanities and was sung by Carl Brisson. Now this song around that same year became one of the most popular songs ever.Even throughout the years many people had made their own version of the song.However the most well known cover version of the song was a decade later by Spike Jones and His City Slickers.Which I will send a link to song here on my post.   MAYFEST Hello everyone today I wanted to let you all know about an upcoming event this weekend in downtown Huntington PA called Mayfest.This event will start on April 25th at 9 am to 5 pm. This event will have many different vendors,lots of activities for families,as well as live performances all day on three different stages.Their will also be many local restaurants,bars,bakeries,and retail shops to enjoy.   ROTHROCK EASTER EGG HUNT Hello everyone for today’s post I wanted to let you all know about an event that is coming April 3rd at the Rothrock playground in McVeytown PA called the Rothrock rock easter egg hunt. This event begins at 1pm till 3pm.At this event family will have egg hunts as well as having pictures taken with the Easter Bunny. So if you want to have some family fun come on by to the Rothrock playground on April 3rd around 1pm to 3pm and see for yourself. Thank you and have a great day.

  CHUCK NORRIS KARATE KOMMANDOS Hello everyone, for today's post I wanted to talk about an old cartoon called Chuck Norris’ Karate Kommandos.This show premiered in 1986 and was produced by Ruby-Spears Enterprises. The show stars Chuck Norris as a government operative where he had his allies battle the evil organization vulture.Led by the claw and his right hand man super ninja. At the beginning of each episode they would have a live action segment with Norris explaining what was happening in each episode.Then by the end he would talk about the moral lesson in the story.Now the show lasted one season and only had five episodes.But you can still see reruns of the show on youtube or other stations. So if you are a fan of old cartoons or a huge fan of Chuck Norris give this show a try and see what you think.That is all for today I hope you all have a great day.

  THE MASK Hello everyone for today’s post I wanted to talk about one of my favorite films I ever watched growing up called The Mask.This movie was based on a comic created by John Arcudi and Doug Mahnke.The movie stars the legendary actor Jim Carrey. The story is about Stanley Ipkiss, a bank teller who discovers a mask that transforms him into a crazy character with cartoonish super powers.As the adventure continues Stanley must deal with a group of criminals trying to take the mask for their own agenda. This film today in my opinion is one of the all time greats.With great talent and well written story and special effects.One of my favorite scenes in the whole movie has to be the final battle between the mask and the gangsters.So if you what to see a great funny movie give this film a try and I hope you all enjoy it.
