  COUNTRY MEMORIES DAY Hello everyone in today’s post I wanted to let you all know of an upcoming event this Saturday May 23 called Country Memories Day.This event will take place in McVeytown PA from 9am to 3pm. This is their 39th annual event where they will have food vendors,live music,and other events to take place in the streets of McVeytown. One of my favorite things down at the festival is the classic car show they have every year which shows some amazing vehicles. So if you would like to come by and check out the event you will have some fun and make great memories and meet good people.Also if you would like more information you can find their facebook page Country Memories Day to find more.   COCKTAILS FOR TWO Hello everyone for today’s post I wanted to talk a little bit about an old song called Cocktails for Two.This song was written in 1934 by songwriters Arthur Johnson and Sam Coslow and debuted in the film Murder at the Vanities and was sung by Carl Brisson. Now this song around that same year became one of the most popular songs ever.Even throughout the years many people had made their own version of the song.However the most well known cover version of the song was a decade later by Spike Jones and His City Slickers.Which I will send a link to song here on my post.
