In today's post I will talk about a dc elseworld story called Batman/Houdini. This is a one shot story set in the early 20s century Gotham where Batman teams up with the legendary escape artist Harry houdini.The story was written by Howard Chaykin and John Francis Moore.



The story takes place in the 1907 where someone is kidnapping people in a poverty area in Gotham known as the devil’s workshop.While all of this is happening Harry Houdini is in town performing for Gotham’s elite where meets Bruce Wayne.Has they both go to a to seance along with Vale who is a reporting for the Gotham Globe.Has the story continue on Houdini teams up with batman to help rescue all the kidnapped people from the story Jack Schadenfreude which is basically this world version of the joker.The story itself is narrated by Houdini.



I think this is a very good story even though it is only a one shot.I always loved some of this elseworld stories because they put a fresh take on characters as well give you something different from the main comic storyline.Now if you guys are interested in the whole story of this 64 page comic it is definitely one you should read.Also if there is any what if or elseworld stories you guys would like me to talk about let me know in the comments.Thank you and have a great day.

THOUGHTS OF A SHELTERED MIND

  THOUGHTS OF A SHELTERED MIND Hello everyone for today’s post I am going to talk about a new book coming out called Thoughts of a Sheltered Life.Which is special to me because it is created by my twin brother Josh. This book will have a collection of poems written by him. Each of his poems will have different themes, for example poems about dealing with depression,anger,religion,and others. I also just want to say that I am very proud of my brother for being able to create this and I hope it helps people who deal with mental health on a daily basis. MINDSPELL ROCK BAND

  MIND SPELL Hello everyone, in today's post I will be talking about a new indie rock band called Mindspell. The members in the band are Eric Scott,Brent Carolus,Scott Hasson,Jamie Lane,and Brad Slemons.I first heard of the band from some buddies at a wrestling show and I first heard their music at a vfw post in Mount Union PA.When I heard it it was amazing they played both cover songs as well as originals songs.Then I met Eric Scott who is their lead guitarist and we became really good friends and he told me they are trying to make an album.Which I thought was pretty cool.Now I don’t have any samples of their music but if you guys want more information on this band please check out their facebook page Mindspell band and see for yourselves.They will also keep you updated on future events on where they will be playing.
