SCAR OF THE BAT





  In today’s post I will talk a little about the dc elseworld story called Batman Scar of the Bat which was written by Max Allan Collins and illustrated by Eduardo Barreto.






Now this story is a little different from any other Batman elseworld stories because for starters this Batman is not Bruce Wayne it is actually Elliot Ness.The story takes place during the prohibition era where Elliot Ness and his untouchables squad are dealing with the mobster Al Capone and his gangsters.During the war Ness begins secretly helping his fellows agents by becoming the Batman because of the corrupt cops and judges on Capone payroll and because of the very small limits of the police force.





To be honest I think it is a pretty good story but it is still not an actual Batman story because it doesn’t have Bruce Wayne or any of the Batman villains from the comics.So for some they may not have an interest in it but if you are a fan of detective stories or gangster stories this is one for you guys

THOUGHTS OF A SHELTERED MIND

  THOUGHTS OF A SHELTERED MIND Hello everyone for today’s post I am going to talk about a new book coming out called Thoughts of a Sheltered Life.Which is special to me because it is created by my twin brother Josh. This book will have a collection of poems written by him. Each of his poems will have different themes, for example poems about dealing with depression,anger,religion,and others. I also just want to say that I am very proud of my brother for being able to create this and I hope it helps people who deal with mental health on a daily basis. MINDSPELL ROCK BAND

  MIND SPELL Hello everyone, in today's post I will be talking about a new indie rock band called Mindspell. The members in the band are Eric Scott,Brent Carolus,Scott Hasson,Jamie Lane,and Brad Slemons.I first heard of the band from some buddies at a wrestling show and I first heard their music at a vfw post in Mount Union PA.When I heard it it was amazing they played both cover songs as well as originals songs.Then I met Eric Scott who is their lead guitarist and we became really good friends and he told me they are trying to make an album.Which I thought was pretty cool.Now I don’t have any samples of their music but if you guys want more information on this band please check out their facebook page Mindspell band and see for yourselves.They will also keep you updated on future events on where they will be playing.
