Hello everyone in today’s post I am going to talk about a recent short film called In My Head written by Jason David Frank.The film is about a man who is struggling with mental health issues as he is trying to accept it and to move forward from it.

The film takes place in a small lit room area where Jason along with many different versions of mental problems like anxiety,depression,and bipolar just to name a few are sitting together like in group therapy sessions to try to work things out.Throughout the film you each version try to tell their story while butting heads with each other.Until Jason returns to tell them that is understands all of them and that he is trying to better himself because of it.By the end of the film Jason reveals that the fact no one else can hear this because it is all in his head saying that he and many other alike are dealing with these problems on a regular basis.For me personally I think this film was incredible it just sends a powerful message that people with issues like this can get through it and there are people who are willing to help are out there.So if you want to watch it go on youtube.com and check it out for yourselves.
