 REMEMBERING NAN AND PAP



Hello everyone, today I wanted to talk a little about appreciating loved ones.The reason I bring this up is because with how the world is right now it is nice to talk about good moments in our lives and being grateful for the good people in them.So today I wanted to talk about my grandparents who everyone called Nan and Pap.



As a little kid I always enjoyed going to nan and pap’s house.Pap would always make people laugh and have fun and nan would try and take care of everybody.I remember going to their yard sales that they had around their neighborhood where we would meet their neighbors and buy some baseball cards and other stuff.



One of my favorite memories was when we would go to their house on christmas day and give christmas presents to everyone in the family.I still miss those days.



Like I said earlier I bring this up because I feel like people need to be grateful with the good people in their lives because one day they will not be there again.I know this well because when me and my twin brother were nine years old our grandfather pap had a heart attack and pass away.Man that still hurts talking about it.And then many years later my grandmother had pass away.



I know it has been years since then but it still feels like yesterday.But I will always be thankful for all of the good memories with them.

  LIFE AS A GHOST   Hello everyone, today I wanted to talk about something personal.Something that I think does not get talked about enough and that is dealing with depression. Now in a past post that I made about having a mental breakdown I talked a little about this before,but I have also noticed some other things lately.What I have noticed is that some people nowadays believe that know one is ever listening to them.They feel like they talk to someone like a friend or family member or even their doctor and they sometimes wonder if they were ever listening to them.They also say that even with meds things feel like they are getting worse.   THE BARTENDERS JUKEBOX  Hello everyone, for today’s post I wanted to let you guys know about a podcast that helps deal with mental health called The Bartenders Jukebox. Now like I said before this is a podcast that helps men who are struggling with mental health.Their main goal in these podcast videos is to allow  people a safe place to talk about subjects like depression,anxiety as well as having other topics.
