 FINDING THE LOST MIND




Hello everyone today I wanted to talk to you about something that has been talked about for a while and it is about raising awareness with mental health.



Now I have talked about this before in a past post,but as someone who deals with mental problems like anxiety and depression I feel like there is more to talk about.



 

One of the things I have noticed is that a lot of people are scared to talk about it.There is nothing wrong with talking about it. It does not make you a bad person or weak. It is a good thing to talk about it so you can get help in finding ways to deal with it.



Unfortunately there has been an increase in people not talking about it and it has gotten worse to the point where people end up having been doing things like self harming to even suicide.




So if you are someone who is dealing with mental health problems know that you are not alone and there are people who want to help you.For example there are crisis hotlines you can call if you need immediate help.



Also if you or someone you know has these problems go to a specialist to try and figure out what issues they have and do the research on what ways to help deal with it.You may not fully understand it but at least you can be ready to deal with it.


Some ways you can deal with mental health is going to therapy and talking about your issues. Also what can help is keep your mind relaxed by going on some walks and listening to music.
