Hello everyone for today’s post.I wanted to let you all know about a new youtube channel called The Joshua Yoder Show.This was created by my brother Josh.



Now this is a podcast show where my twin will talk with people about any kind of topic whether it is about sports,video games,mental health just to name a few.Now he has some episodes up on his channel right now so go ahead and check those ones out with new episodes coming on every sunday night around 11pm.




I just what to also say that I am very proud of my brother and I can not wait to see more episodes of his podcast.So if you want to check out a cool podcast give this one a try.

  LIFE AS A GHOST   Hello everyone, today I wanted to talk about something personal.Something that I think does not get talked about enough and that is dealing with depression. Now in a past post that I made about having a mental breakdown I talked a little about this before,but I have also noticed some other things lately.What I have noticed is that some people nowadays believe that know one is ever listening to them.They feel like they talk to someone like a friend or family member or even their doctor and they sometimes wonder if they were ever listening to them.They also say that even with meds things feel like they are getting worse.   THE BARTENDERS JUKEBOX  Hello everyone, for today’s post I wanted to let you guys know about a podcast that helps deal with mental health called The Bartenders Jukebox. Now like I said before this is a podcast that helps men who are struggling with mental health.Their main goal in these podcast videos is to allow  people a safe place to talk about subjects like depression,anxiety as well as having other topics.
