FINDING THE LOST MIND

  FINDING THE LOST MIND Hello everyone today I wanted to talk to you about something that has been talked about for a while and it is about raising awareness with mental health. Now I have talked about this before in a past post,but as someone who deals with mental problems like anxiety and depression I feel like there is more to talk about.   One of the things I have noticed is that a lot of people are scared to talk about it.There is nothing wrong with talking about it. It does not make you a bad person or weak. It is a good thing to talk about it so you can get help in finding ways to deal with it.
